Marcin has a little shameless behaviour in the past
New Training

apprenticeship training 2 years .
training was not well planned by those two years, did not use dietary

# Pushups with your feet up and hands on chairs 3x20
# Pump in standing on his hands 3x10
# Chins, hands narrowly 3x6-8
# Straightening your hands on a bench with your feet based on the second bench 3x10
# Chins undercling on the stick at shoulder width. 3x6
