I really need a more productive weights routine.
As most of you know I have dumbells, light barbells and a smith machine available.
I want to do more functional training. Bench press imo is an ego lift. I find that it doesnt tie in with my grappling as well as I would like it to.
So basicly what kind of exercises or routines should I be looking at. I have about 3-4 days available to train weights.
Im looking to really increase my strength before I go into my cardio phase.
Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
