Best Workouts for Fighting

I need a list of all the work outs I should do for mainly fighting purposes.

Well the workouts for fighting are numerous and people can do these all for fighting . I think that Boxing is one of the most wonderful exercise for workout which gives your body strength and keeps it fit and physically strong as well . So i would say it is the perfect workout for fighting . Other best workout sprint exercise .

depends on how big u are already for ur weightclass, but theese are good excerises for power and explosiveness.

Deadlift
Benchpress
Squat
Frontsquats
Powercleans
Push Press

And plyometrics.. do theese excerises explosive and with high rep and fast motion (but always good technique)

Chins are also, awesome.. especially for grappling. I noticed i had a big advantage with my strong lattisimus when i was holdning ppl down.

Do chins with extra weight and get stronger and stronger.. between 5-10 reps.

On top of this do cardio based excersises that challenge your core alot.
