My right peck is a tad better, but I'm right handed.

To even(and it's working):

Push the weight up from your chest, standard grip (in line with shoulders) then since I want to focus more energy on the left peck, I'll slide my right hand to the far right. It'll be a different mark on the bar for each person, but w/e feels right. Do a couple sets like that. It's still supporting, but the side where the grip remains normal (my left in this case) is getting much more of a work out.

To be included, but not a sole tool of bench work.

Well a lot of people seem to say the same thing. I always used to do the number of reps on dumbell curls on my right as I could on my left. The situation never improved.

So now I just work both sides to maximum effort. I feel stronger in doing this, and if I can do 14 reps on the right and 13 on the left I dont worry about it. I isolate the bicept by resting the upper arm on a surface so that the shoulder isnt involved. I dont do any half reps when I cant touch the dumbell on my shoulder anymore thats the end of the set.

I believe it's just genetics since I lift perfectly(technique wise) and regularly.

Any work tips to solve this? Is this normal?

I mean, I can live with it. It's not some visible difference.
Its normal, most bodybuilders have the same thing too. You can work on it, but it will still be a little uneven. I mean, look at Arnolds biceps back in the days when he was the champ, he had one big peak on one bicep and the other hardly had a peak on it compared to the other one. But he still looked like a f**king beast.

i have a similar problem with one side being bigger than the other. my right side (dominant side) is slightly bigger and noticeable (to me at least) than my left side. my arms aren't the real problem but its more my chest. my chest muscles on the right side is bigger than the left side. i was using the previous posted advice however when i work out (i usually use free weights and sometimes a long bar) i feel that my right side works harder than my left. i will be lifting the same weight but my more dominant side will feel like its working harder than the less dominant even though they're pushing the same weight it feels lighter on the non-dominant side. idk how that makes any sense and idk if that came out clear to any of you but anyone have any advice on how to fix that?

For me it's the other way around. The muscles on my left side seem to be a little bit bigger (I'm right handed). It's like my brain have more control over my right side, so the left side has to be bigger to have the same power. This is more noticeable with my arms than the rest of my body. I usually have a .5-1 cm (.2-.4 inches) bigger circumference around my left arm, even though the right is noticeably stronger. Nothing I care much about though, since the differences are so small.
