Help please Can't delete a picture! rep and donation

HELP !!!. I was doing a little clean up of some pictures, but there's this one picture on my desktop which won't delete, i can't move it either. On right clicking it the only options i get are. "Preview, edit, print, open with, send to" BUT I CAN'T DO ANY OF THESE EITHER. I've done a virus scan to check it isn't infected. Still won't budge.
So basically, does anyone know a way to get rid of a file that won't delete or move place off of the desktop.

Rep and donation to the person who tells me how to do it correctly.

Thanks

You are likely to have spyware, diod you watch a ' film' that said download a 'codec'? if so you downloaded spyware.. try

Bleeping Computer Downloads: SmitFraudFix

this should clear everything,

If it fails you could try a free spyware remover like AVG Free Advisor: Installation files & documentation

but it is unlikely that its beter than smitfraud, and then it must just be a n option you have set, try to add an new desktop pic, to see what happens, let us know how it goes..

Lol Trey. I don't need pics when my mates can give me usernames and password to video sites . It was just a picture of my brother when he was like 3, we'd printed it out so it was useless really.

Couldn't edit it. Couldn't do anything with it. But it's gone now.
