I need one of those arm cases. this particular model is thinner than the Shuffle and about 3" long. I need to be able to wash the holder from time to time b/c I use my iPod primarily when i'm working out. will any old one be OK?

Also i can't figure out how to add and drop songs individually, it syncs my whole playlist every time.

Make sure you buy the right case for the iPod Nano that you have. There are different generations of Nano's. Best bet is to bring it to the store to make sure you get the right fit.

Easiest way I found to do this is to create a special playlist in your library. Change the settings on your iPod to only sync selected playlist and only sync that one playlist you just created. Then all you have to do is edit that one playlist to control what is on your iPod.
