Anyone know? I have the latest Norton Antivirus but I don't know how to remove the virus manually.

Well, you simply pull the rubber out your keester, and wrap it in TP and throw it in the garbage. DON'T FLUSH IT!

As for that virus, I'd see a doctor

Do you know anything about the virus?

Do you know what the process name it uses when its running?

If so you can go into safe mode and use file search to find it and delete it.

If you dont know the process name.. you can go to
Start -> Run -> msconfig -> Startup
look for anything thats checked and you dont recognize and google it.. find out what it is..
It will likely be on this list (altho there are other start up methods it could be using). Simply unchecking it wont work because if the virus is currently running it will instantly readd itself to the startup list.

Once you find out the process name you can find that mfer in safe mode and delete it

I had a really bad one that was running in my registry and couldn't delete it because it was running of explorer.exe
I went to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ and they were able to fix it within 2 days all for free. You basically have to download this program and run it then post the text it gives you. The people on that forum then go through and find what is causing the problem and tell you what to delete. I highly recommend this to you.

don't use norton bud, switch over to webroot antivirus with antispyware, had it for about a year now solid program does daily scans eliminates programs automatically and warns you the second there is a breach in your security. awesome program bud, check for a torrent, i think its fairly cheap to.

Every trojan need to be remove differently......Its quite hard to remove...Damn the trojan.

go to download.com and search hijackthis

download the program to your pc

once installed run the program

when it pops up choose "do a system scan and save a logfile"

post that logfile in this thread and i can direct you on what to delete
