I normally use microsoft word and microsoft outlook....I use word to write letter and report.And i use outlook so i can get my email straight away in my laptop.I dont like web mail.

2003 ... my company just upgraded everyone from 2000 last year. Yes, we are behind the times. But I guess that happens frequently to large companies due to the high cost of software and training.

yeah, my company has 2007. Granted, there's more you can do... but there're so many options, I have no clue where anything is.
