Flickr vs Picasa vs ??? to organize all of your pictures

Like the title says ....????

I'm trying to organize all of my family pictures and videos and I'm lost. I have stuff on multiple hard drives, flash drives, CD's, picasa, facebook, and boxes of old prints and polaroids that need to be scanned.

I'd like to get everything in one place and backed up and easy to update. Picasa seems OK but since I use Linux, picasa and facebook don't play well together.

There appears to be a gazillion photo manager software and services.

I'm just wondering what you guys do.

Thanks for the input you two. I went with picasa. Once I found an app that made it behave with facebook, it made the most sense to me. You get more for your free and it really does more to help you organize. Now that I've got a grip on all of these old pictures, I'll be driving my family crazy with lots of sappy slideshow movies.

I use Photobucket, because Yahoo annoys me so much I haven't bothered with Flickr yet.
