There are guides on youtube how to do it... Id much rather send it off and pay and have piece of mind its gonna be done properly..

I fixed mine, I just got a hairdryer put it on max and swiped it across the back vents about 5 cm away from it and put the ps3 in the box vents up and then let it cool down and there you go fixed.

And then it overheats a few days-weeks-months later and breaks again.
Pspros are the only people that make sure the problem doesn't occur again, there aren't guides around for that. Plus they give a 3month warranty and paper work to get the cash back. So it's free anyways.

Normally it does come back. Pspros fix it in a way that it doesn't.
My original 60gb is still going strong thanks to them. Only problem it has is the fans are SO loud it's unbearable. |

Just received the email that it has been fixed and i have made payment via paypal 
Hopefully should get my console back tomorrow or Thursday at the latest.

Ill probably end up buying both, not a massive fan of either but will give both a go.
Looking forward to getting into Dead Island when i get my PS back, and also Deus Ex. I did do a few hours on Deus Ex but i will probably start it all over again as it has been awhile now.
