-1 mile run at the track, I noticed my recovery time being a little better but running is still super hard for me.

Large bagel w/ cream cheese
1 whole banana
3 strips of bacon
Meal #2
Half sandwich/Soup Combo from BJ's
-Turkey cobb sandwich on multi grain bread
-Clam Chowder soup
-Diet Pepsi
Meal #3(bad meal)
2 pieces margarita pizza
1 very small slice of icecream cake
Meal #4
1 can of tuna
-added mayo, mustard, relish
2 slices multi grain white bread
1 cup non fat yogurt
Snacks
Peanut Butter Tiger Milk
1 20 oz Diet Pepsi
1 20 oz Mt Dew
5-6 handful's of seeds
I really need to stop drinking soda
