Tuesday August 13th

11AM:Cardio
-1 mile run at the track, I noticed my recovery time being a little better but running is still super hard for me.

Meal #1
Large bagel w/ cream cheese
1 whole banana
3 strips of bacon
Meal #2
Half sandwich/Soup Combo from BJ's
-Turkey cobb sandwich on multi grain bread
-Clam Chowder soup
-Diet Pepsi
Meal #3(bad meal)
2 pieces margarita pizza
1 very small slice of icecream cake
Meal #4
1 can of tuna
-added mayo, mustard, relish
2 slices multi grain white bread
1 cup non fat yogurt
Snacks
Peanut Butter Tiger Milk
1 20 oz Diet Pepsi
1 20 oz Mt Dew
5-6 handful's of seeds

I really need to stop drinking soda **** my addiction to diet pepsi

Cardio: 10AM
-1 mile run at track, felt an improvement today so I'm stoked about that

Meal #1
5 Tablespoons of oatmeal in milk
1 slice of multi grain white bread
2 teaspoons peanut butter
Meal #2
1/4 omelette with tomatoes and ham
1 whole avocado
1 cup of coffee
Meal #3
2 scoops of Tetrabolic Protein Shake
-Add 8 oz milk
Bowl of Corn Pops(yummm)
Meal #4
Large piece of salmon
Caesar salad with light dressing
3 slices of sourdough bread
Meal #5
1 can tuna
-little bit of mayo, little relish, little mustard
1/2 of an avoado
1/2 of a tomato
1 glass of orange soda

Hmm I like your selection of lifts but to be honest your diet seems to be lacking a bit. Fudge pops and m&ms...

Here's what I had to eat today..

Supplements: GNC Maximum Greens Vitamin, Fish Oil, Elite-K Creatine

1. bowl of wheaties+berries+whey protein shake
2. 4 hardboiled eggs
3. whole grain bread/romaine/tomato/turkey/cheese/mustard sandwich + yogurt
pre-workout
4. protein shake + kashi granola bar
post-workout
5. milk/large sweet potato/veggies/tuna
6. natural peanut butter

Yeah my diet was the worst part of my routine for sure, but I actually think the last few days have been good. A fudgescicle here and there isn't going to do much to me, as my metabolism is super fast. I'm also looking to gain weight, but eat healthy. My aim is for at least 3,000 calories a day but it's hard with working 8 hour days. I think what I ate today though provided me with what I need better than your diet did. Ya?

I think you're eating very healthy and good, just not enough calories for me. Here was my diet yesterday:
