Lol I just think the amount of food I'm eating is higher in calories. Things like avocados, salmon, oatmeal, etc. Idk, count up your calories for that meal and tell me how much it comes out to

Me and my little brother did some jits tonight, I wore a Gi and he went No gi.

My brother was in my full guard and tried to break mine and pass. He ended up passing probably 2 or 3 times and I submitted him probably 2 or 3 times.

Round 2(5 minutes)-Guard pass
I was in my brother's full guard and worked on passing. Passed his guard almost every time.

Round 3(5 minutes)-Back mount defense
Started in my bro's back mount, tried to work to full guard. He submitted me probably 10 times(RNC) in 5 minutes. I defended the choke pretty well and worked into full guard probably 2-3 times.

Started in bro's full mount. Got out of his mount a lot of times, never got submitted.

I still live at home, so my parents buy all the groceries. I also have a large family so we usually have a large amount of food. Lately I've just been telling my parents to stock up on the good stuff like tuna, oatmeal, wheat bread, etc. I do eat out a lot though, and buy lunch every day at work, which I purchase with my own money.
