you can probably get it free off a site, or kazaa or something. its not a video either its a tape, or cd i donno i just listen to it when my coach plays it. it would be sweet to put it on an ipod.
to me it doesnt seem hard enough to really be cardio, its more just motivated shadow boxing. sometimes it can be hard to just sit in throw combinations on your on, but the voice telling you can help

Was really just doing shit to get my heart rate up, work my body a bit. I'm either going to bjj class 2night or doing some cardio w/ my buddy. We'll see
*Cardio Session:
Went down to the track w/ a buddy and did some bleachers. Here's the little circuit we did:
1 set of 5 sprints (1 up, 1 down = 1)
1 set of 5 plyo jumps(jump up, jump down)
1 set of 5 sprints w/ 40lb sandbag
[rest]
1 set of 5 sprints (1 up, 1 down = 1)
1 set of 5 plyo jumps(jump up, jog down)
1 set of 5 sprints w/ 40lb sandbag
Basically how we did it is one guy would do 1 rep while the other guy waited then when he got done the other guy would go, so you ended up getting a little break after every rep. This circuit made me super tired though and killed the endurance of my legs. I'm gonna start doing this shit more often(but then again, I always say that)
Are you looking to get back into a routine similar to what you were doing before? I still hit Jiu jitsu at CB 3-5 times a week, but I'm looking to supplement with some lifting and serious cardio on the B street hill. It looks like you have a lot more experience than I do with lifting, and you're also stronger, based on your numbers from earlier in the year, but you know it helps to have someone to work out with. My strength is pushing until I puke on cardio.

Man, feels good to work out again, and I can't believe how tired everything made me. I'm aiming for 2008 to be a good year for me, I'm really going to focus on my conditoning and diet, and try to be as fit and healthy as possible.
