Well I only have 105 pounds over at my moms house, but I've never maxed out on cleans. I assume I could clean around 145-155 or so for a 1RM. I really never used to clean but started getting into them recently, and I must say, I really like them.

Then did some various grip work.
My Thoughts on this workout: Man, I really love adding chains to my lift. I can't wait til I add them to my squats!

I like chains. They turn me on. I like to use them in the gym, and in the bedroom. It definitely helps me get a workout.
