Yup I was sick of having a weak ass bench so I've been working really hard on it. My goal is to put 225 up by June(which I think I can do easily), and hit 255 by the end of the year.

I like your core strength. The 315 DL to a 190 bench is a good ratio there, bet you have a good strong low back, hips and legs, while your upper body isnt to bad.

your doing good man, keep it up.

Thanks man, and my legs/core/hips/lower back is def. stronger than my upper body, which is ideal for me since my focus is fighting/grappling I'm looking to improve my upper body strength a lot this year though, as well as my explosiveness, hence the addition of so many Oly lifts(cleans, snatches, etc)

So bodybuilding is required? My training right now just consists of bag work, cardio, and sparring but I don't know anything about lifting.

Missed the bench, but congrats on it.

You hit my DL for 3 singles . And I didn't even process that you were only 160. How're you doing the GM's? Round back, straight back, Oly style? I'm looking to learn to do Oly GM's.

Javelin, what are your goals? Fundamentally, there are more ways plain-ole strength training is going to work for you, but bodybuilding could be in your goals. I'll gladly type something out for you if you answer my question as thoroughly as you can express.

I do them with a straight back, but my GM's are pretty shitty, I just started doing them. Those DL's are also done with nothing but chalk but I actually just ordered a belt, some knee wraps, and some wrist wraps today. I don't really plan on using the knee wraps or belt much though, only when going for singles or PR's. For my GM's though, I look something like this, but I bend my knees and go down further(to feel it in my hammys):
