Meaning you are using high bar? I'm no good with high bar, but when I was gm'ing, I would use as narrow of a low bar as I could, and the lower trap shelf would prevent the bar from going anywhere.

And ya CBeeb I try to keep it low but idk it seems like my flexibility in my shoulders is an issue and the bar always rolls up when I bend down..
