Nice, looks like you'd be a person I could turn to as you're generally the same weight (161 lbs here) as me and I'd assume the same height as well.

Atta' kid Ty! Keep it rollin' mang. Your workouts are lookin' solid.
Lemme just say this...
Weighted dips = a thing of beauty.
I'm gonna start doing them RELIGIOUSLY beginning next week. Been neglecting one of the exercises I was brought up on!
Anyway, good job zon. You da man.

Don't let missing 195 get you down dude...it's all good. It'll come. Did it just stick @ your chest, or was it lack of tri-power to lock it out?
Just don't rely on those wraps too much. Did you do your ENTIRE bench sequence with them on? If so, that's a no-no...unless your wrists are rolling SEVERELY, then I can understand.

Stuck to my chest. My triceps are probably my strongest part of my bench, so they are usually not a problem. Today was actually one of my first days actually using wrist wraps for bench and I didn't notice much of a difference to be honest. The wraps really only make a difference on things that I have to unrack rack, like front squats, OHP, push press, etc. They're allowed in PL'in though, aren't they?

I gotcha...
Yes they are, in every federation besides 100% RAW, which is what the March 22nd meet I'm in is. Then, after that meet I think I'm going to invest in some new equipment. TOPATHALINE!~

Ya there is a meet in San Diego actually sometime in May but it's not raw unfortunately, but I plan on competing in it next year when it rolls around(granted I'm still in SD). Does 100% raw mean suggest nothing besides chalk?
