It would be for a 1rep max. I put up 235 2 weeks ago and it was relatively easy so I see myself hitting 315 within the next 3-4 months probably, whereas I initially thought it would take me all of 2008.

Cardio? I haven't done any in forever but I really want to start doing it again. I make sure to stretch but that's about it for flexibility, other than doing some jits with my brother
