BigTy,

Sorry I took so long to respond bro, I was super busy tonight...anyway:

- the depth on the squats are GREAT, and they look relatively easy on the ascent, so that's a plus.

- the 210 rep looked real clean, and not too difficult.

- your arch looks superb (ever place 2 x 4's under to see how high you really are?)....but REMEMBER! keep your feet down & DRIVE through your heels! I saw some toe action going on there. Also, your butt looks like it's coming up a tad bit, and that's a no-no - especially if you wanna get into some meets in the near future!

Anyhow, just food for thought. Overall: great clips, very nice form...and you're lookin' strong broham. Keep working!

Ya my butt does come up a little but it's tricky b/c there is like this gap in the middle of my bench where my butt goes so I put a towel there but it's hard to feel if I'm really down or not.. idk.

And ya the arch is good, it helps get the lats involved immensely and other body parts as well.
