250 was easy but I didn't video tape it or anything so I didn't get to see how it looked... it didn't feel very heavy though. It just sucks squatting heavy without a power cage or spotters lol. Ima try and get a spotter for my nxt 1rm attempt

I want a power cage, I never feel like a spotter could do much to help when I'm squatting if I **** up. At least you can dump the weight unlike you can with benching. I gotta wait for a spotter and then see what my 1RM is tonight.
