Those looked good to me man, the only thing i would say is that it kind of looked like you were pushing the bar with your hips instead of changing your level. I don't know if thats what you were doing, it just kind of looked that way.

Honestly man, I'd say you're good for 180+ the way that looked, which isn't bad. Also nice deficit deads.
Thanks. I really wanna hit a 200+ lb powerclean, hopefully it happens one day. Once I fix my technique a bit more I should put some bigger numbers up. I need to be more explosive and not so timid.

Ya there are a bunch of things I'm doing wrong. I need to focus on my catch and keeping my arms straight. "Once the arms bend, the power ends."
*Then did some random curls, tricep extensions, and flyes.
Weight: 163 pounds
***First time working out in like 9 days, but felt good. I've been working a lot with my uncle doing landscaping so I'm staying in good shape, just haven't had time to work out last week or so
I know how you feel about landscaping man, Im really impressed you're able to do that and lift, after a day of working on my family's property I just go to sleep haha. Just wondering, how did that wheelbarrow push feel? I'm thinking about doing something like that, seems like a great way to get solid lower back/post chain/leg power going at the same time.

Ya dude they are really good. Liddell used to do it up and down hills which would be devastating for me, but you get the idea.
