Thanks man, I'm gonna really try and be more dedicated and not have such sporadic workouts. I figure if I can do 161x5x5 I can hit 225 in like a month with hard work.
New routine, probably. Hopefully gonna work out again on Monday. I'm pretty sore from benching still, and we're throwing a kegger tonight, so doubtful that I'll work out Sunday. I might try and do some snatches and cleans today though, we'll see.
