I must commend you on the pistols, since the last time I tried them I barely managed to get a single one without falling on my ass, and many failed attempts.

Ya man, pistols are tough for sure. I'm hoping to get better at them and start adding weight. Unilateral work FTW

Pistols and squats look great man, great work. Pistols are bitch, but I am with I love some unilateral work. With the cleans I agree with Negation, they just dont seem explosive enough, try keeping the bar closer to your chest and lowering your level, it seems like you are using more energy then you need to. Keep the bar close and explode up, and just flip your wrists.

I think you are shrugging it too early, but that might not be right. Bar just seems low when you initiate the second pull. Try to sit back inti it more, that helped for me in getting under the bar.
Squats and pistols were great. Don't raise your head on the squats coming out of the hole though.
^Feel free to disregard advice of person weaker than you.

What do you mean? I always thought you were supposed to look up in order to help keep your spine aligned, is that wrong?

Ya I noticed the head raising as well. Thanks for the input on the powercleans too.

Ya, idk. I haven't found anything terribly wrong with it online, just some stuff about causing neck pain. I know you're supposed to look forward at all times, but I can't help driving my head up when I'm coming out of the hole.

Well, I find it is the opposite for me, I have to keep my head straight to prevent me from doing good morningsquats, and I have heard it isn't good for your neck. Doesn't seem to be badly affecting Wukkas squat though.

Oh alright I got you. I meant to say look up with your eyes, not bringing your entire head up.
