OH Squats:
145x1x1(couldnt keep balance, weight too heavy)
105x2x8(still had some balance trouble)
DB Snatches:
55x1x8(each arm,)
these left me wayy winded
Front Squats:
105x2x8
Rope pullups:
BWx1x10
Thoughts: Today was a pretty good day. Next squat day I'm going to go heavy with low reps, I want a new squat PR.

Sunday May 20th
Today I did 4-5 ab exercises with a couple sets of 15-25 reps for each one, then I did some cardio (treadmill, bike, jump rope). I weighed in at 151 today as well

Press Day; today was kinda weak, I was lazzy
Strict OH Press:

Push Press:

Dips:

Bench Press:
125x1x10(this was tough)
95x1x10(this was tough too)
I did some tricep overhead extensions too but I had a lot of failed sets, my triceps were burned out. I'm gonna start doing some close-grip bench presses from now on. I also rolled a good 10-15 rounds with my brother today

I was tired today and my stomach hurt so I went pretty light, I just wanted to do a couple sets of squats

Tuesday June 5th
Today I did a bunch of ab work, then did some cardio. All in all, pretty decent day. I haven't done cardio in over a week so it went better than I thought. Can't wait to dead lift tomorrow

June 7th-My Birthday! So, I turned 19 today and it was a pretty good day. Took a piss test for a new job and I straight up used synthetic urine, hopefully I passed
