Job well done on the 172x5. Bench numbers are looking pretty good for your body weight and seem to be ascending in the right direction.

By the way, 172 lbs is pretty detailed. Are you using like 2 and a half pound plates too and stuff? How do you exactly come up with that exact amount of weight?
My bar is only 40 pounds, not 45, and all my weights are in kilos. 20 kilos = 44 pounds, 15 kilos = 33 pounds, 10 kilos = 22 pounds, 5 kilos = 11 pounds.
