Our pushing numbers are relatively the same, I may be little stronger. I got 225x2 the other week.

I actually pulled 405 yesterday working out with my buddy. It was probably on a count of the smelling salt he had me snort but I got it. Felt great.

I never really saw the point on maxing out on squats. I prefer to stick to 225 for FULL ass to calves squats.

Good progress though!!!!!!!!!

Ya my pressing sucks, but I've been working hard on it and making progress. I'm about to start a 6-week program I just wrote out, and will max out on bench and squat once I'm done with it. Congrats on the 405 pull

**1st time running in forever... first time doing chins in a long time as well. I'm gonna start doing this workout 2x a week hopefully, with sprints replacing the mile once in a while. We'll see.

Yeah I was going to deadlift today but I blazed like 4 bowls this morning, and had like 4 cokes and a bunch of junk food all day, so I figured I'd wait 'til tomorrow.

Dude thats why you don't jump up almost 100lbs! And missing a deadlift attempt takes so much out of you. I'd say your good for 414 but go for it after doing like 380-390 next time.

Ya, for sure. The funny thing is the 4th attempt, which is 414 without a belt, was actually the closest one. I got it to a little above my knee but couldn't lock it out, and I don't know how to hitch otherwise I would have. Tomorrow I'm going to do the same set up except go from 348 straight to 414, maaaybe throw in one inbetween them.

If I was you I'd do some light pressing, squatting and rows tomorrow, takes a days rest and then try again. Deadlifitng the day after a max attempt is setting yourself up for failure.
