Ahh... Happy b day man.
What is synthetic urine? Like a Wizzinator? or something?
Work outs looking good!
How long have you tried MMA?

Started "training" in February, been rolling around and picking up wrestling/bjj for a while though. I'm not really focusing on training now, kind of busy with school and shit but I plan on stepping it up this summer and continuing my year contract with City Boxing than most likely finding a new place to train. Synthetic is just fake piss you buy at a smoke shop and use in replacement of your own

Yeah, I would do the combination 20 times. Like I'll do a double left jab, right cross, left hook combo 20 times.

Sorry I haven't been updating lately. I just started school again, and got a new job and have been SUPER busy lately. However, the place I train at (City Boxing) just got a new BJJ instructor, Carlos "Baruch" Ferreira, I don't know much about him but we'll see
