***So today was an alright day. I didn't have a camera so I couldn't see how my DL's looked which sucks. I started resting between my reps on press which makes it a bit harder. My weights up but I drank a shit load all weekend and ate lots of bad food as well. I need to start focusing on my recovery/diet better.
**Strong day today. 216x5x5 was pretty hard, but not too hard. I imagine I could hit 238x5 with a belt on, but it'd be tough shit. Video of beltless set coming soon, unless youtube is gay as **** again.
Yea I noticed the knees coming in as you were getting out of the hole too. Also, try to keep your back straighter when you go down, keep your core tight and it should help with that. Nice work though man, getting stronger! Nice headband too

Yeah, for sure. My form was kinda breaking down a little bit yesterday, and this set was also done beltless while my other 4 I had a belt on. My knees cave in when the weight gets heavier, but it allows me to lift heavier weights... so I don't see too much of a problem with it. And I have a huge music selection, but no CD's, only mp3 CD's that don't work in my garage.

Lol, yah, I think I'm getting a stye in my eye so I wore a headband so I wouldn't get more sweat and shit in it. And +1 on keeping my core/back straight, my form was looking strange yesterday, plus like said earlier, this was my beltless 216x5 set. Cheers
Try pointing your toes a bit more toward the outside, this seems to help me when I get heavy on squats by keeping my knees above my feet so I don't get that inward bend as well.
