Try pointing your toes a bit more toward the outside, this seems to help me when I get heavy on squats by keeping my knees above my feet so I don't get that inward bend as well.
Ya for sure, I will try that. Thanks for the tips... my squat is slowly getting un-gheyed.
Are those car jacks that you're using for a bar rack? Nice way to improvise if that's the case. Everything looked good form-wise. I think I might start posting some videos in my log as well to try to get a little critique on my forms.

Yep, they sure are. I spotted them in my garage like a month ago and have been meaning to put them to use, and finally did so today. They worked pretty well
That's awesome, it's too bad they aren't closer to 12"...16" seems a little bit high. Have you ever tried stacking plates on the floor as a means to raise your bar at all?

Ya I was going to try that as well, I haven't yet though. 16" doesn't seem to be too high, a regular rack pull is around 16-18" I believe.
I'm definitely going to have to try something like this...this past Saturday I did some deadlifts and pinched something near my lower left sciatic nerve. Being tall does not help with squats and deads AT ALL!
