I agree about the sets the sets of ten. Nice squatting though, you're making very steady improvements!

Push Press
Barx5
84x5
128x2
150x1
+belt
161x1, super fast
172x0, fast off chest, couldn't get the lock out though
-belt
106x10
Jerks
106x3
128x3
**First time trying these... they were sort of a "push-jerk" I guess you'd call it, but I really liked them. 172 would definitely go up with a jerk, no doubt about it. 128x3 felt like nothing.
Deads off 100# Plate
128x5 hook grip
194x3 hook grip
260x2 hook grip PR
+over/under, chalk
304x2
304x2
304x2 (belt)
304x2
304x2
**Meh, form felt off on these. I used a belt for one set to see if it helped, it didn't.
RDL
128x6
+straps
238x4
-straps
238x5, ow my hands
BB Curls
62x8
62x8
62x8
Weight: 168.5 pounds
**Today was a strong day. I'm excited to start doing PP/Jerks, and hopefully they will help my bench too.

Do you stick your head through properly on the lockout?

Yeah I do, tbh I didn't really put my all into the 172, I was more or less testing out my PP today, since I haven't done it in forever. I think the 172 could have gone up with more focus/toughness. I'm just trying to see where I'm at so I can plan out my reps accordingly with PP.

10 lb. sledgehammer x 10
100 lb. wheelbarrow push x 50 yds
Plyo jump x 5

Weight: 165.5
**Overall today was good. I missed some reps on bench but what can ya do. I always get stuck when I get up to the 200-225 barrier, I'm going to start pausing on all my sets, hopefully that helps.
I weighed 165 but it was after doing a bunch of shit... directly after I made a chicken sandwich seasoned with some salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon+lime juice on 2 slices of white bread with mustard, mayo, relish, good piece of cheese, and a fried egg. I also had a banana and some goldfish with it... I'm sure I put some of those lost LB's back on. Heavy squats tomorrow, can't wait.
