You're supposed to eat white bread directly after a work out, didn't you know that? The only time you want a shitty carb with a high Gi count like that is directly after a workout because it spikes your insulin and helps promote muscular growth. You seem to not get the point of "TRAINING LOGS". A bunch of us post here, of varying levels of strength.

The difference between you and Wukka is Wukka keeps a log as an aid to his weight training and to get advice, you randomly jumped into a thread pulling a no. out of your ass to insult someone and try and make yourself look good. How the hell can that be even compared?
