I'd dump the white bread, garbage stuff. Fried eggs are good, I like to put them in cheeseburgers.

You're supposed to eat white bread directly after a work out, didn't you know that? The only time you want a shitty carb with a high Gi count like that is directly after a workout because it spikes your insulin and helps promote muscular growth. Only time I ever eat white bread is directly postWO... same principle applies with gatorade directly postWO.

Seriously who the hell claims they can squat a weight for 12-15 reps to show how strong they are? The ****?

Your right but your still an ass and wukkas weak. What man documents his complete weight training regime on a mma website, and I say how much I can lift once in my entire time on here and you have the nerve to call me on it. Hows that fight with frank shamrock go anyway?

You seem to not get the point of "TRAINING LOGS". A bunch of us post here, of varying levels of strength.

The difference between you and Wukka is Wukka keeps a log as an aid to his weight training and to get advice, you randomly jumped into a thread pulling a no. out of your ass to insult someone and try and make yourself look good. How the hell can that be even compared?
