**Today was a great day. My deadlift form was nearly flawless, which makes me happy. M.B. stuff was fun too.
**Today was a good day. My weight is up because I have been drinking insane amounts of water all day due to having a drug test tomorrow, shit. I gained 2.5 pounds from 1 pm to 5 pm. ****. Pause bench felt good.
So I got my motherfuckin' job back! Hell yes, so ******* happy. I took an at-home drug test yesterday and still had THC in my body, despite the fact that I gained 4 pounds in one day from just drinking water... so I bought some synthetic urine and it worked again.

**Today was a decent day. I was super hung over which sucked, but I still felt strong. The first 238x3 set was a grinder, but the belted sets were a bit easier. The box FS's were cake.
