Hey, where are you with the coc2? I'm just wondering because I am getting it to parallel with both hands no problem but thats it.
Tbh I haven't even touched my #2 in months... I haven't been training with my grippers very frequently, I'll probably do some sort of grip training next week and see where I am though.
I am 100% positive I can't close the #2 though, or get close for that matter.

**Today was a strong day. I'm probably going to start using straps with my deadlifts since it feels better and I don't have to worry about grip. I can DOH over 300 pounds so I don't think grip is a limiting factor at all.
**My right wrist was killing me today, which sucked. I played a round of golf this morning, and hit the driving range yesterday morning, and after that my wrist was hurting when I worked out. ****, I love me some golf, but it definitely doesn't help my wrist stay strong. 150x10 was solid, 150x8 is my PR, and it was touch-n-go, so 150x10 paused was pretty solid.

**Strong day. This is my last squat session before I maxed out, and it went really well. I probably coulda hit the 5th rep on that 260 set, but the 4th was kind of a grinder. I'm hoping for 282/293 when I max out.
**I have to work today at 2 PM, which required me to lift in the morning, but it seemed to be good. I stayed up late last night and got drunk so I wasn't expecting a great day, but it turned out pretty well. I'll be doing abs tomorrow with cardio since I was under a time restraint today.

**Woot, strong squat day. I drank way too much last night and was nervous about maxing out today, but everything felt good once I started lifting. The 282 was a breeze, I just didn't want to go heavier without a squat rack. The 238 was a little harder, and my knees came in, but it was still a strong squat. I wasn't planning on maxing out FS but I couldn't let TheNegation have a higher FS than me... sorry buddy, you were in the lead for a day
