**Today sucked. I hit a PR in my squat but I felt super weak and awkward today... I knew today wasn't going to be great right from the start during OH Squats. Oh well.

**Today was decent, not great, but not bad. I was hoping for at least 5 on the bench, so I'm pretty happy with 6, but I really wanted that 7th rep. I'll be upping my bench training max 5% for the next 531 cycle.
**EDIT, damn just realized I now have 6,667 posts. I believe this was my 6,666th post.
So I was supposed to squat yesterday but I went to the river all day and had no time. I spent like 10 hours on the water doing a bunch of wakeboarding and tubing, and now I'm super ******* sore.
And idk if anyone has ever wakeboarded who reads this log, but it's pretty damn fun. It was my first time and I did really good... I ended up standing up on my 1st try, and by my 2nd-3rd I was going over the wakes, doing some little tricks, and kicking ass. On the tube, I also kicked ass, and was literally hanging off the tube with my whole body skimming across the water while hanging on for dear life. I ended up getting thrown around pretty ******* hard on my falls, but it was a blast. My forearms were so sore after that I couldn't even open a bottle of gatorade.. gnar.
**So I was supposed to squat on Friday but I went to the river instead and was on the water for like 10 hours doing some wakeboarding and tubing, which left my legs incredibly sore all weekend, and even into today. I decided to just do the back squats today, and deload for the rest of the week, and I'll start my 2nd cycle of 5/3/1 next week.
I hit 238x5 last week on squat so 249x5 was pretty sweet. Everything felt really good today. I'll be upping my squat max 5% for my next cycle.
do you fight in a professional organization? Because it seems as though you spend much more time with weight training than skill work? Hey if it works for you then great im just curious.
