do you fight in a professional organization? Because it seems as though you spend much more time with weight training than skill work? Hey if it works for you then great im just curious.
I actually don't train MMA anymore, or any martial arts. I do not suggest someone training MMA or MA's to train the way that I do
**Today was a strong day. I was really happy with 139x11 for OH jerks, big PR for me. The 370 set was way easier and faster than the 348 set, but it's because I actually had good form with the 348. It annoys me how much stronger I am when I let my upper back round. Just gotta keep working that form.
**So I was really sore today because I played a game of baseball yesterday and ran around at the park and shit, and was also hungover from going out last night, but today still ended up being a really strong day. I surprised myself with the 161x10, that was cool, and the 194x3x3 was light since my low back was hurting a bit.
**So today was a good day. I thought I would be kinda weak since I had to work 6 am-2 pm today and worked out right when I got off, but I ended up still hitting some strong numbers. After watching the video of the squats, I'd say I could have hit 232 for 10.
**Today was an ok day. I was happy with my OH stuff but my DL is still off. I'm going to post some vids of form in the next few days to hopefully get some good advice.
