**So today was a pretty good day. 155.5x6 is a PR I guess for OH Jerks, but I felt like I could have hit 7-8, I was just getting super tired under the bar. 414 is the most weight I've ever pulled in my life, so that's cool, but my form was pretty shitty. I attempted it first while focusing on form, and could barely move the bar, so I set it down, got hyped up, and just pulled(with shitty form) and hit it for a double. Woo
Nice deadlift man, thats a pretty brutal double. great progress on the OH jerks too, those are real fun lifts too. keep it up. going to have to post pone the lifting date for when i get to san diego, itll probably be around next xmas but we gotta do it.

Thanks dude, and ya OH Jerks are really fun, agreed. How's the injury looking?
243 is 110kg so thats easier.
Yes, I finished my first cycle with success and have been deloading. All that benching made my overhead stronger strangely.
Also when I deload I don't back off the intensity, just minimal frequency and volume. Two sessions this week. All I did in the first one was max out my push jerk, set a strict press PR and do some rows.
You know when you don't get enough sleep and your leg will shake when you rest it on something? I have had that in my abdominals since tuesday. I don't really want to do anyhting while it is there.
What was your Jerk max? I'm going to be stronger than you at OHP pretty soon, hope you're ready.

Its actually healing ahead of the expected schedule. I go to physical therapy 5 times a week for an hour so that helps it a lot. They are still saying 2 months until fully healed, and then 6-8 months after until i am cleared to play sports and all that. Its really a pain in the ass especially in summer because i cant really do any outdoors activities which is pretty terrible.

200lbs with a pressout. Which is like 95% of my bench max. I really need to fix my bench ha
200 lbs, or 90 kilos?

For sure. It sounds like your recovery si going good though so that's a positive. I imagine you'll come back 10x stronger once you're fully healed.
**I had a short amount of time to wokr out, so I only did bench. I didn't have a spotter or a hand off which made a big difference, but I still hit my goal of at least 5. Off to the beach...
