**Today was a pretty good day. I probably could have hit 5 or 6 on the squat but it's scaring having no power rack/squat rack, so I was happy with 4. I'm going to really try and focus on hitting abs more often, hopefully I stay consistent. Today also marks the end of my 2nd cycle of 5.3.1... gonna deload next week and then start a new one.

Hey wukkadb, I was looking around your log and I like the way your program is set up, your lift selection is smart, really bang for your buck lifts. Is it based off a template, or just something you came up with? It reminds me of madcows 5x5 but not really ******* boring. Good progress by the way!

Ya, well I change my shit up way too often, but usually it consists of a push/press/squat type split, focusing around these main lifts: deadlift, back squat, front squat, bench, OHP, bor, dips, 2-board, oh squat, powercleans.
Right now though, I'm doing Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. Here is a good write up on it: Click

Ya, I like designing my own programs to be honest, but they are based on other programs/stuff I read. It's pretty fun, actually.
