**So today was an alright day. The bench was supposed to be 166.5, but my partner took off one of the 5.5's on a side, which left me with 161. 161x11 ties my PR, but it was pretty easy today. 50's were too heavy for the BBB 5x10, but I had no other choice today. Next week I'll lower it to 40's.

**Today was a brutal day. The BBB press was a bit too much, so I had to switch to PP for my last 15 reps. I haven't done sets of 5 on deadlifts in forever, and it sucked, but my form was spot on, and although my grip was tired from all the reps, the weight never felt heavy in my hands. 150x8 ties my PR for jerks, so I guess I'm happy with that.
**So I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks due to me being a lazy binge drinker, and also due to my new work schedule which has me working a ton more hours, and also the graveyard shift (10pm-6am), which has been throwing my sleep schedule off. I work graveyard thur, fri, and sat this week, which sucks. I'm going to workout again on friday doing whatever then start off where I left off with 531 on Monday.
I haven't done FS's in a while, so I figured I'd hit a PR today, so that's cool.
Ya, it wasn't the cleanest rep, but it was definitely legit. My form usually doesn't break down like that, only sometimes on PR attempts, especially forced ones like today.
