Keep your head up Wukka! When I started working on call in the oil patch(sometimes 16 hours a day, 15 days at a time) I thought my training days were over but I found if I cut a lifting day here, a few lifts there, I still made decent gains if I made it up on my days off.
Luls, I really do need to start liftin again. School, working a lot more, and moving back into my mom's house have kinda fucked up my schedule. I bet I've lost weight though, I've had a shitty appetite lately.

Thanks. I'm very ******* sore from this workout... I'm having troubles like lifting my arms above my head b/c my shoulders are so sore, ouchies. Squats manana.
*So today was really hard and I felt super weak, and had no energy. I weighed 172 pounds and I've only eaten a box of raisins thus far... I've gained a good 5-8 pounds of fat during the last month or two, no bueno.
So I hit a bench PR today, lol, pretty random. I think the weight gain helped, plus I had a work out partner today and just felt motivated. It's strange that I've only benched 2x in the last 3 months yet I didn't lose my strength. I'm going to start working out more and watching my diet... I wanna keep this added weight but lean it out.
