I then did some heavy bag work for about 30 minutes. I really need to improve my cardio.

Clean+Press 40lb sandbag x 10
Burpees x 8
Crunches with 40lb sandbag x 10
Wide PushUps x 15
30 sec rest
Clean+Press 40lb sandbag x 8
Burpees x 6
Crunches with 40lb sandbag x 8
Wide PushUps x 12
30 sec rest
Clean+Press 40lb sandbag x 6
Burpees x 4
Crunches with 40lb sandbag x 6
Wide PushUps x 10
30 sec rest
Jump ropex1 min
Then did some grip work with coc#1
[PM]: Heavy Bag work/Shadow Boxing
shadow boxing w/3 lb dumbells:
Did a bunch of stuff with this, did everything orthodox then southpaw. Did 3-4 sets of 10 punches/combos for each side
bag work:
Did bunch of stuff with this too, also orthodox and southpaw. Worked on bag for 30 minutes

I did this as fast as I could, with no rests between sets
