I drink it first thing in the morning and right before I sleep. And the protein shake right after my workout.

Just made an awesome lunch from some leftovers. Wild rice, pork, steamed shrimp, onions and asparagus mixed up in a bowl. Was awesome.

Couple more hours at work then my buddy is coming over for some mitt work and laps in a pool.

Just finished working out. Did a few rounds on the mitts and a lot of ab work.

Just got home long ass day of training. Two hour private. Taught kids class. Hour of drilling and hour plus of rolling. Then taught thai class. Beat up. Bout to get dinner and call it a night.

Yesterday just did some more rounds on the mitts. Just trying to get my cardio to a respectable level. It is pretty horrid right now. Had my cheat meal yesteday which consisted of a small buffalo flatbread pizza, small thing of fries and a couple beers. Other than that it was all clean.

About to get off work right now. Going to swim some laps in the pool today. Had a Protein shake and multivitamin int he morning for breakfast and didn't even need my Coffee.

So I cut my hand open pretty bad last night while watching the ufc. So I taped it up and rolled with it tied in my belt today glad it was mainly blue and white belts that showed up to open mat.

I have pretty much given up on enjoying meals at this point

What are you doing when your cardio is failing you?

Did some more work on the mitts. Didn't wrap my hands like an idiot and hurt my wrist/strained my forearm throwing a hook. Nothing real bad, might just be sore for a few days but was totally avoidable. Also did some more ab work at the end.

I am a little over a week into my workout/diet and am feeling outstanding. I feel like I have a lot of healthy energy and have already noticed cardio improvements. I am about 3.5 pounds down right now.

In my day to day activities nothing at all. When I am working I just notice that I am running out of steam much earlier than I used to. A few years ago when I trained on a regular basis I could knock out round after round no problem. That version of me would run laps around the me of today.

Really solid day today. Ate really clean all day. Did some boxing cardio after work and then headed to the gym for some weight training.

I am currently 7 pounds down from when I started.
