Did some more work on the mitts. Didn't wrap my hands like an idiot and hurt my wrist/strained my forearm throwing a hook. Nothing real bad, might just be sore for a few days but was totally avoidable. Also did some more ab work at the end.
I am a little over a week into my workout/diet and am feeling outstanding. I feel like I have a lot of healthy energy and have already noticed cardio improvements. I am about 3.5 pounds down right now.

What are you doing when your cardio is failing you?
In my day to day activities nothing at all. When I am working I just notice that I am running out of steam much earlier than I used to. A few years ago when I trained on a regular basis I could knock out round after round no problem. That version of me would run laps around the me of today.
