Diet is going strong and I am already feeling better. Last night for dinner I had cabbage and Salmon. Was really good. Today I had myself a chocolate protein and banana shake with some peanut butter for Breakfast, hummus and turkey wrap for lunch and am having some eggplant and quinoa for dinner.
I am starting to feel better physically but since I used to just stuff myself with the heaviest foods, I am still feeling hungry as the day goes on. Been drinking a lot of water to try and keep it in check.
As for exercise, today I just did some basic things like ab/oblique work and some pushups. Going for a run after dinner tonight.
