I have tried to keep these updated in the past, I figured I would give it one last shot. I am going to really try and keep this up to date.
Yesterday I went to my first BJJ class in quite some time. Man was it fun but it took everything I had to get through the class. We mostly drilled escapes from side control, then did some live grappling at the end of the class.
My buddy that got me back into it has 3 or 4 amateur titles and is going pro after his next fight should it go his way. I ended up grappling with him some and man he just had his way with me. It was a good experience though. Right now I am so out of shape, I am more concerned with losing weight and improving cardio.
Today I rested, kept my diet on track and did my own thing. Tomorrow I will be back at it in the gym.
