5x5 squats - 135 lbs
5x5 overhead press - 75 lbs
5x5 deadlift - 135 lbs

Workout A:
5x5 squats - 135 lbs - sticking with this for a week so I don't get sore when I move up next week
5x5 bench - 120 lbs
5x5 barbell row - 95 lbs - again sticking with for a week to get better form

Im gonna continue to do the program, however I wont be updating anymore. I just wanted to documen the month so that myself and others could get a glimpse of the program. honestly its amazing... Ive had no trouble increasing weight as I just finished week 5. Squatting 3x a week sucks but you DO get used to it. I recommend this program for beginners AND experienced lifters. Any ?s shoot me a PM.

Nice job. Stronglifts is a super solid program that is excellent for beginners. Nothing will put hair on your chest like squatting 3x a week
