I prefer Judo take downs and throws but single and double leg takedowns are in Judo and i am quite good at them.

Atleast 65 times. Once i got them, and it was probably luck to.

I think wrestling involves technique, but its mostly power, because with the double, your lifting him up, in judo the simple hip throw, your just putting him on your hip and turning so you dont have to use as much power.

just trip then down with your leg if your not strong enough
