My "Lets Stop Being Fat" Thread
So I thought that making one of these threads mine be decent additional motivation for me to get to working out. So I made one. Complex, I know.
Right now, my knees blown out. Great time to start the thread eh? I'm currently hitting the gym, mainly only doing lifting for he time being on a fairly inconsistent basis. The main reason I'm doing this is cause doing push ups and stuff isn't the easiest being heavy, so hitting the gym allows me to gain the strength I'll need for martial arts training. I'm also horrible at lifting.
I'm gonna try and hit the cross-trainer one of the days at the gym, or maybe the bike, and basically test the waters of how my knee is doing with them. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to training in the next 3 weeks or so.
The last addition to my spectacular OP is that I'm trying to eat slightly healthier. I'm not going to convince myself I'll stop drinking and stop eating all bad food, but I'm substituting pizza for home made stuff like steak, pork chops, chicken etc. I'll also try and drink wine (Buckfast for the fellow Scots) instead of beer.
