Uchaaa's Training Log
I just stumbled about the training log section and decided to make one on my own because I really like the idea. Maybe you want to read it or maybe not, but I will still do it for me. One question, do you only write your weight lifting trainings in your logs, or also the "other" training or even nutrition?
I use kilogramm instead of lps because it is common in Germany. I really dont know why you use lps. DO you use them in physics too? I mean, I learned that I should calculate with the basic units, which are for example kilogramm or meter.
Ok, I will start. First of all, I train at home in my training room. Maybe I will post some pictures if you are interested in them. I experimented a bit and this is now my training routine:
6 minutes of running for warm-up. A little bit of stretching.
Not to forget, I do 2 warm-up sets before each exercise, but I will not mention them in particularly.
Bench presses :
Set 1 : 70 kilo : 6 repetition
Set 2 : 67.5 kilo : 6 repetition
Set 3 : 65 kilo : 6 repetition
Squats :
Set 1 : 105 Kilo : 7 Repetition
Set 2 : 100 Kilo : 7 Repetition
Hanging Shoes :
Set 1 : 9 repetition
Set 2 : 9 repetition
Deadlift :
Set 1 : 80 Kilo : 7 repetition
Set 2 : 80 Kilo : 7 repetition
t-bar long row(or whats the name) :
Set 1 : 60 kilo 7 repetion.
First time I did this exercise, I took to much weight so I had to teeter(right word?)
PS: I trained yesterday, but saw this training log section today so I dont remember exactly how many repetion I could do, next time I will write it down instantly so I dont forget it. I didnt have enough time to make 3 sets, normally I do them. But not always with squats.

Nice man, pretty cool stuff. I'm looking forward to any log that incorporates squats and deadlifts into it

Today bracket workout. I dont know if it the right word. On German it is Pratzen, but probably this will not say something to you.
I forgot to write down my stats. I mam 19 years old, I am 1,73 meters ( 5.67 foot) and I weigh 66 Kilo (145,2 lps). I have very less fat, nearly only muscles. I will use lps and kilogramm now instead of only kilogramm because I think kilogramm doesnt say something to you.

Bench presses:
154 x 8 (2 with help)
148 x 8 (2 with help)
143 x 8 (2 with help)
Squat :
242 x 6 Hey, Iam lifting one gabriel gonzaga
231 x 8
220 x 8
Hanging Shoes : (They are fixed at the shin and they have hooks, so you can hang down, they are for the abs)
10
9
8
Deadlift:
176 x 7
165 x 7
154 x 6
T-bar long row:
110 x 6
132 x 5
Does someone know a good vid for t-bar long row? I dont the technique and I think I do it wrong.
I have a weird problem with squats. My right hand and lower arm doesnt get enough blood, so I cant do squats like I want. Its only my right arm and it is the worse the more weight i lift. Does someone have a solution?
I just noticed that i would fit perfectly into the wec featherweight division with my 146 lps

I dont really remember the exact number of repetition. Actually I am too busy working out to count correctly. I should write it down immidiatly.

Bench presses :
no help this time, training alone.
154 x 8 (1 fast(I couldnt do it proper, I would have failed, but I wanted one rep more))
148 x 7 (1 fast)
143 x 7 (1 fast)
Squat :
242 x 7
231 x 7
Hanging Shoes :
Set 1 : 12 repetition
Set 2 : 9 repetition
Set 3 : 8 repetition
Deadlift:
176 x 8
176 x 7
165 x 7
T-bar long row:
110 x 9
134 x 8
134 x 7
This time i exactly know the number of my repetition. Some of my entries have 1 rep to much I think. I have the feeling that I got already slighty better. But maybe I just wanted to beat my training log

Today I experienced that it is not good to train if you were out and have less slep. Or, to say it the other way around. It is not good for your training to get less sleep. It is still possible to train but you cant expect dream results. That sucks, because I have felt like I could have done better with enough sleep. That doesnt help motivating.
