Mon 3-02: 3.5 mile run, lifted chest & back: lat pulldown, chest press, row, rear delt fly, that thingy where you extend the dumbbells out to your sides keeping your arms level with your shoulders, can't remember what it's called. Sonofabitch I forgot to do Arnold press. I was distracted by some of the scenery heh heh. TKD: 90 min of insane cardio conditioning, later this week I'll come back and edit this entry to explain more fully what we've been doing. IN TKD you sick bastards!
Tue: 4 mile run. slightly faster but my average pace is still about 9:40 at best. kind of disappointing but I do feel my capability increasing, ie I am able to sustain faster speeds for longer.
Wed: 3.5 mile run, 1 hour TKD conditioning.
thur: rest
Fri: 3.5 mile run on scary belt skipping treadmill at my dojang.

Lateral raises?

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

I think so. There's a lot of stuff that I do for lifting on a regular basis that I'm not sure of the correct names for.

As long as your doing it, the names dont matter

I plead the Fizifth! The "explain what we've been doing" is going to be a breakdown of the 90-min TKD conditioning class. It's a bit much for the kids in the class IMO. My school is small so the Mon. and Wed. classes are multiage.

Mon: 1 hr TKD conditioning.
Tue: 4 mile run, tkd at 8 probably won't be cardio which is usual for the intermediate class. I've been avoiding Tuesday nights for 3 weeks or so b/c i've had enough of one-steps to last me for years.
Wed: 4 mile run, TKD conditioning at 7, last night my teacher says "we're going to work legs tomorrow" and I"m thinking, when do we not work legs to an insane degree? Oh yeah, when we're working abs far past the point of disappearing sense of humor.
Thur: 4 mile run, sparring at 8, not sure what we'll be doing. I think it's self-defense which could be fun renduri or boring ass one steps. I was sooo wrong! it was thai boxing but I just ended up working basic boxing with my teacher while the 2 18 yr olds beat the sh!t out of each other getting ready for a competition in Columbus this weekend. I got hit a lot but I had a great time, I better have because my arms and shoulders kill today. I didn't do a damn thing today except run a mile on the belt skipping treadmill while my younger daughter was in TKD.
Sat: 4 mile run, 2 blast sets for biceps, 3X12 assisted tricep dip, then I got kind of bored tbh and bailed, b/c I have a bunch of stuff I still had to do at home.

Mon: 80 min. TKD cardio conditioning.
Tue: 3.2 mile run (cut short by having to pick daughter up from track practice), TKD intermediate class at 8.
Wed: 4.5 mile run, TKD cardio conditioning at 7. This turned out to be not much cardio.
Thur: 3.5 mile run, point sparring. I guess I went about 7 2-minute rounds.
Fri: sick from antibiotics but it's usually a rest day anyway.
Sat.: 3 mile run, 25 min. bike.
Sun: didn't work out. LAME. can't wait till I'm done with these antibiotics.

Mon 3-23: 4.3 mile run, 90 min TKD cardio conditioning. damn my legs hurt.
Tue: 4 mile run. didn't go to TKD intermediate class, all we were going to do is one-steps, not cardio and boring.
Wed: 1 hour TKD forms and jumping rope. running FAIL
Thur: 3 mile run, jump rope, pushups, situps, then sparring got cancelled due to man drama in the dojang AGAIN!! So me and my 10-yr-old went to the gym near my house where I customarily run and lift and I did pad work with her. She's a beast!
Fri: is customarily a day where I don't work out unless I'm feeling very energetic.
Sat: 4.5 mile run, avg pace 9:40

Rested Sunday. I have to stop doing that.
Mon 3-30: ran 5 miles, some bag work b/c my gym finally put the new bag up. It is a thing of beauty and I smacked it up.
Tue: ran 5 miles, about a 9:35 pace I guess, then epic stomachache.
Wed: ran 4 miles, some heavy bag combinations.
Thur: ran 4 miles
Sun: ran 3 miles, 15 min bike
