Mon 11-2: kickboxing, a ton of pad work and jump rope like usual.
Tue: Kata class, I sweated but I generally consider this an active rest day. I know the 1st three kata now.
Wed: boring self-defense in both karate classes, kata in the private lesson.
Thur: Grappling drills that did not leave me as sweaty as I would have liked. I'm completing this days later, I think I lifted legs on this day.
Fri: rested
Sat.: Judo, got hurt.
Sun: rested.

Mon 11-09: ran 2.5 miles, 15 min stepmill.
Tue: rested. I went to the dr. today, I can't throw hands or grapple for a couple of weeks due to what is probably a slightly dislocated shoulder which will heal on its own, maybe the Xrays will have further information, but I don't think it's anything horrible.
Wed: Ran 3 miles, lifted legs, then I did a ton of kicking drills in my private lesson and kata (no hands) in the group class after.
Thur: Ran 3.5 miles, 15 min. bike.
Fri. 20 min elliptical, 10 min bike. As you can probably tell, my legs hurt a lot today.
Sat.: Sprints, situps and mad kicking and combos from horse stance (the latter were dynamic floor drills). My partner was a blue belt a few years older than me, very adept, and it was great to work with her.

Tue: ran 3.5 miles, 15 min bike, kata class. I have the first 3 kata now.

Thu: Ran 4 miles.
Fri: Ran 4 miles.
Sat: rested
Sun: 1 hour of kicking the bag, jump rope, kicking drills up and down the floor and abs.

Mon 11-30: kickboxing: situps, jump rope, planks, side planks, a lot of partner pad work, as always.
Tue: 90 min. spinning. My legs are going to hurt a lot tomorrow, but it was a blast and I got to see my friend, who I hardly ever see.
Wed: 2 karate classes with a private lesson in between. The private was working on the first bo kata, which made me sweat much more than I thought. The classes were a lot of stretching and kicking drills with some crab walk and dynamic lunge drills, and more kata. Then MMA class was standup, started off with jump rope and sprints, then a ton of pad work, I seriously thought I was going to get sick because I hadn't eaten enough, but it was great.
Thur: ran 2 miles, lifted bi's and tri's, pretty sore from yesterday.
Fri: lifted shoulders, bag work. Active rest day.
Sat: karate (kicking drills, striking and blocking drills).
Sun: bag drills, jump rope, a bunch of guard escapes.

Mon 12-07: kickboxing (kicking drills, jump rope, partner pad work), then a kid stayed after and we worked on footwork, cutting the ring/creating angles, checking kicks, elbows after breaking the clinch, and the crossface. I am so jealous of people who get to do this for hours a day, every day.
Tue: rested
Wed: bo kata over and over, kicking drills, more kata, then MMA standup/combination which was plyo, jump rope, partner pad work, bag drills, then a series of 3 locks, americana and a couple others that I forgot.
Thur: 4 mile run, lifted bi's and tri's.
Fri: rested
Sat: MMA standup, jump rope and shadowboxing combinations up and down the floor, then spinning into back control and putting ankle hooks in, then karate with a ton of striking drills (double sliding kicks ie hook/side, then pad work with spin kicks, ridge hand, reverse punch, exhausting but a lot of fun.

Tell me about it wouldn't it be great to just get up, go down to the gym and train all day?

Mon 12-16: kickboxing, like usual, then point sparring. I had to work a lot harder b/c this school is a competition school, a huge tournament is coming up and all the kids are coming to Mon. night sparring and going all John Kreese on everybody.
Tue: rested
Wed: bo kata, kicking drills, then MMA which was jump rope, sprints, bag drills, and tossing the medicine ball back and forth over a distance which was great. I'd do it in the house, but too much stuff would get broken.
Thur: ran 5 miles
Fri.: rested
Sat.ran 4 miles
Sun: jump rope, striking drills

Mon 12-21: jump rope, pushups, situps, planks, pad work, then point sparring, but I only got to fight twice; there's a tournament coming up and all the kids monopolize all the space
Tue: didn't work out
Wed: bo kata, then 1 hr 10 min of floor drills, jump rope, bag work, pushups, situps, etc.
Thur-Sun: didn't do a damn thing. iced achilles since there's likely to be a lot more jump rope, judging from the way MMA standup classes have been lately.

Mon 12-28: 4 mile run. Felt great to be running. I need to do this more in addition to whatever workouts happen in the dojo. I find that it helps my cardio sparring, for example.
Wed: MMA standup class, jump rope, mad pad work, sprints, bag work, situps, pushups, etc.
Thur - Sun: LAAZZZZYYYY
