Mon 1-4: lifted chest, shoulders and back, kickboxing (jump rope, pushups, situps, then a lot of partner pad work) then 7 or so 1-min rounds sparring with no breaks. It doesn't sound like a lot but it was very strenuous after all the other stuff.
Tue: I didn't sleep well last night and was extremely sore today, so I just did 4 sets of squats (smith machine w/25 lb plates) 3 sets tricep dips, 3 sets of that thing where you bend your elbow behind your head that works the tricep and shoulder (can't remember what they're called lol) 3 sets kickbacks, did a few spin kick drills on the bag, but I couldn't hit it hard because it's broken again. I wanted to jump rope but the gym was very crowded.
Wed: had a tooth pulled and the periodontist said not to work out till tomorrow.
Thur: ran 4.5 miles.
Fri: ran 5 miles.
Sat: ran 4 miles, 15 min bike.

Mon 1-11: ran 5 miles.
Tue: ran 4.5 miles.
Wed: ran 5 miles, bo kata, self-defense but no ground, so the running was my only cardio.
Thur: ran 3.25 miles, about 7 min jump rope in intervals.
Fri: rested
Sat: karate (kicking drills, bag drills)
Sun: rested and iced painful shin splints that are a result of suddenly increasing my running exponentially. I was curious to know if I could do it, and I could, and I got stronger, but I have to ice a lot or I'll have a hard time running/kickboxing tomorrow.

Mon 1-18: ran 4 miles in the PM, kickboxing at 6. Kickboxing was jump rope/pushup/situp/plank intervals (I don't do side plank for long on my R shoulder just yet), kicking drills on the shield, lengthy partner pad work up and down the floor. I got my favorite training partner. She hits f8cking hard but we're easily able to establish a riddum. She is a trainer herself who has another amateur MMA fight in 10 days, so we're hard at work.
Tue: kata, open hand and bo.
Wed: bo kata, then some kicking drills in karate, then various cardio drills and partner lift drills in MMA standup.
Thur: ran 5 miles.
Fri: ran 4 miles
Sat: judo (chokes). Can't do randori yet b/c of my shoulder but I'm sure that's coming soon.

I run and lift at the 24 hour gym up the road, and I train MMA/amerijitsu type grappling and striking, or whatever you want to call it, 2 min from my house at a sport karate dojo. I'm in Jamestown, NY, 90 miles south of Buffalo in southwestern New York State.

Mon: 3 mile run, then kickboxing which always starts with jump rope/pushup/situp/plank intervals, then pad work with the following combinations:
jab/ cross
jab/cross/hook (circle out on the hook)
jab/cross/hook rear leg round kick cross
jab/cross/hook inside leg kick cross
jab/cross/block/block (with the padholder swinging at you or smacking you upside the head or w/e)/cross
then kicking drills on the shield, alternating leg snap kicks, same leg low/high round, alternating leg low/high round, snap kick/knee, front kick/round. Everybody's trying to be all badass and make the pads make a lot of noise. This class keeps getting bigger and bigger, which is great, but tonight I could hardly jump rope without hitting somebody.
Tue: 3 mile run. achilles hurting a lot from all the jump rope yesterday.
Wed: MMA combination class, the usual jump rope, pad and bag work, then kimura , then kimura to armbar, then armbar to omoplata. Omoplata is going to be one of those things I have to do 1000 times before I remember it.
Thur: Judo. There was a lot of talkin so today was a rest day. My teacher unleashed seioi nage a couple times, without scaring the shit out of me. Part of it is because I'm more relaxed, part of it is because he's skilled enough to make anybody a good uke.
Fri: lifted chest and back, some bag drills, then a class which was only walking through various submissions.
Sat: judo: more gi chokes and some randori. karate: pump kick and blitzing drills.
Sun: rested

I can do about 25-30 proper pushups.
I hate pushups.
