Thanks Wukka I can't quite find enough weights to lower my reps that low with the specified exercises. I do all weight lifting in my basement it's just way easier on time rather then shipping from MMA to the Weight gym almost every day after work. Im going out to buy some more fairly soon. ATM I have a little over 100lb of weight I need a couple 25's.

And I agree on staying consistent, I am a lot more consistent now then I was before, I took about a month or month and a half off when I made a move about 300k from my hometown. I'm looking forward to going back to my hometown for my first MMA fight shortly.

Jan 21st

I did about an hour of stretching legs and after did a half hour of working on kicks. different types and throwing them without telegraphing my movements. I then worked on a couple simple punch combos. I normally do grappling after an hour of muay thai tonight but I spent the night doing all stand up work because I'm lacking in that area.

No weights tonight I'm feeling a bit sore.

Wrist roller, I haven't really experimented much with other wrist exercises I stick to this because it works for me and its fast. I tend not to do to much grip work because I get a lot of functional exercise from work I have a good strong grip for my size.

Feb 3rd

I did five, five minute rounds of the following drills (1 minute each, one minute rest between rounds)

10 elbows from each 5 position hold downs.
Double end bag drill
Heavy bag punch out
Heavy bag kick out
5 lb overhead punches

After I did a couple grappling games. One persons job is to try and land all 5 hold down in three minutes while the others job is to resist.
Another is I was given one submission to do while my opponent was also given a specific submission to do at the same time and we went for those, tried a few different ones.

Also did a few quick escapes from hold downs.

Later on (3-4 hours later) I did a very brief strength routine...

50 pull-ups
50 dips

Feb 4th

Today I worked on my stand up mostly, I defended while my opponent attacked the whole time. Did this for approximately 30 minutes. Then grappled for about 30 minutes.
