I did five, five minute rounds of the following drills (1 minute each, one minute rest between rounds)
10 elbows from each 5 position hold downs.
Double end bag drill
Heavy bag punch out
Heavy bag kick out
5 lb overhead punches
After I did a couple grappling games. One persons job is to try and land all 5 hold down in three minutes while the others job is to resist.
Another is I was given one submission to do while my opponent was also given a specific submission to do at the same time and we went for those, tried a few different ones.
Also did a few quick escapes from hold downs.
Later on (3-4 hours later) I did a very brief strength routine...
Today I worked on my stand up mostly, I defended while my opponent attacked the whole time. Did this for approximately 30 minutes. Then grappled for about 30 minutes.
