Thanks Wukka I can't quite find enough weights to lower my reps that low with the specified exercises. I do all weight lifting in my basement it's just way easier on time rather then shipping from MMA to the Weight gym almost every day after work. Im going out to buy some more fairly soon. ATM I have a little over 100lb of weight I need a couple 25's.
And I agree on staying consistent, I am a lot more consistent now then I was before, I took about a month or month and a half off when I made a move about 300k from my hometown. I'm looking forward to going back to my hometown for my first MMA fight shortly.
